Any loss, damage, or destruction of all, or part of the accommodation equipment, which may result from negligence or fraud, will result in compensation from the guests of the accommodation. The additional cleaning service in short-term rental accommodations, according to the legislation, is provided by professional cleaning crew, only at the request of the guest and at an additional charge.
Following the above regulation for short-term rental accommodation, the provision of additional bed linen, or their change during your stay can be provided by an extra charge and costs 3 euros per person, plus 15 euros the cost of transporting bed linen to the accommodation. This extra charge has to be paid by the customer if he orders a change. The specific service does not include the collection of used linen or the placement of clean ones. Everything is delivered in bags, collected, and placed by the customers themselves.
In case of loss of keys or services provided by a professional locksmith, the cost borne by the visitor and is paid accordingly. In cases that guests forget the keys inside the property and are required to come our company's representative, the guest should pay 20 euro.
The company is not responsible for any accidents and injuries of guests during their stay at the accommodation, and the use of household items is at their own risk.
